He possesses a keen insight in this field. With the help of his sons, Mr. Manoj Thakar  and Mr. Hemant Thakar, he started the company in 1994 and has seen its growth and development over the span of 10 years. With right infrastructure and skilled manpower, Hi-Tech Engineers is put up at Vithal Udyognagar - Anand. The company manufactures varied sizes of wheels and pinions. Finish gear quality will be DIN- 6 class as per DIN 3961,DIN 3962 and DIN 3963.

At Hi-Tech Engineers, we also carry out over hauling of gearboxes and give the inspection report, showing the condition of gear components, bearing, backlash and play etc. We are also in manufacturing various components, redesigning the gear pair with sufficient service factor to give better life. Hi-Tech Engineers is now in the process to get ISO 9001-2000 Certification and expecting to get it within 2 - 3 months.
